About Me
Born in Antalya in 1983, Meriç Küçükcoşkun completed his high school education at Mahmut Celal Ünal Science High School and began his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Dentistry of Istanbul University in 2000. In 2005, he started his specialty training and doctoral studies at the Department of Periodontology of Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry. In 2010, he completed his specialization training by submitting his doctoral thesis titled “Clinical Evaluation of the Effect of Initial Periodontal Therapy on the Frequency of COPD Exacerbations.”
In 2010, he began working as a periodontology specialist at Panorama Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic. During and after his doctoral studies, he focused primarily on the relationship between periodontal and systemic diseases, hard and soft tissue surgery, tissue regeneration, and PRF applications.
He is a member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDB), Istanbul Chamber of Dentists (İDO), European Federation of Periodontology (EFP), and the Turkish Society of Periodontology (TPD).
