DENTAL COMPLICATION INSURANCE
We offer Dental Complication Insurance as a gift to our patients residing abroad and travelling to Turkey for treatment in our hospital.
Insurance Coverage:
When your treatment is completed and you return to your country; in case you have any problems with your treatment, travel, accommodation and additional treatment support for you to come to our clinic to resolve the problem…
Validity period:
6 months or 1 year depending on the type of treatment. The expiry date is written on the policy.
Support Content:
Airfare support: Up to € 500 (Roundtrip, Economy class).
Accommodation-Hotel support: up to € 500 (maximum 5 nights).
Additional treatment support: Up to €2,000 or €2,500 depending on the policy type.
(Insurance company exemption is € 100 for all payment types. (Ask for detailed information.)

| Before Treatment:
-Passport -Flight ticket (E-Ticket) -Residence Address and Telephone Number Intraoral photographs and x-rays before treatment. -Treatment Plan |
At the End of Treatment:
-Intraoral photograph and x-ray after treatment – Post-treatment treatment plan -Statement of completion of treatment -Invoice |
WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF PROBLEMS WITH TREATMENT:
- Contact and inform your patient representative.
- Take an X-ray and examination report from the dentist in your country of residence, send it to your patient representative and wait for the insurance approval process (1-10 days).
- After the insurance company has given its approval, organise a flight ticket and hotel for the period specified for your treatment.
If you come without insurance approval, the insurance company does not pay.
